David Rundle, LibDem candidate for Banbury, has thanked all those who voted in LibDem in the General Election.

He said, 'In this constituency, we have much to cheer. We increased our share of the vote and are in a good second place. That's down to the hard work of our team and, most of all, down all of you who turned up and voted for real change. I want to thank all our local candidates and all of you for your support.

'Let me assure you that this is only the beginning. With the momentum we have achieved, we are going to build from this base and move on to even greater things. We have a strong message and one that it's clear the people of North Oxfordshire want to hear. I look forward to the challenges ahead.'
