Zoe Patrick
Zoé - County Councillor for Grove in Oxfordshire since 2001 - wants the Council Tax abolished and a fairer system of local taxation, an extra £100 per month for pensioners aged over 75 and greater investment in early years education by scrapping the Child Trust Fund.
In addition to the Lib Dems headline policies, Zoé says that she is particularly concerned about the issue of affordable housing in the constituency.
She also supports the Lib Dems national pledge to put 10,000 more police officers on the beat by ditching Labour's identify card white elephant.
Zoé is married with two children and has previously served for six years on Vale of White Horse District Council including time as Deputy Leader.
She was Vice-Chair of Oxfordshire Community Health Council until abolition in 2003 and is a part-time Locality Development Worker for Age Concern.
Zoe is now the Leader of the Liberal Democrats Oxfordshire County Councillors.

Nick Cotter
Already a Bicester South Town Councillor, Nick lives in Langford village where he campaigns on many issues of concern to Bicester residents. In particular, he has an interest in promoting affordable housing and will be pushing for this on the proposed Gavray Drive development.
While he welcomes Cherwell Council's recycling scheme, Nick says this came too late in the day compared to many existing Lib Dem initiatives around the country. he says there must be a push for a steady increase in recycling routes and to find alternatives to land filling waste.

35-year old Ian Thomas, is an Adderbury Parish Councillor and member of the village's Parish Plan steering group, he is passionate believer that first-time buyers, lower income families, key workers and pensioners from the Division should not be priced out of their homes.
Marketing manager Ian is married to Kate, a teaching assistant at Christopher Rawlins School, Adderbury, where their twin 4-year-old sons - Harry and Eliot - have just joined the reception class.

Retired librarian and member of UNISON. Peter has lived in Bodicote for 15 years. Board member of Banbury Homes, Governor of St Joseph School, sometime member f Health Authority. Previously District Councillor for Deddington. Works with Keep the Horton campaign.
Peter believes there is a need for affordable housing in villages and towns and support co-ordinated efforts for travellers' sites.

Stephen Creed, a graduate Engineer, spent his early career in technical consultancy before completing a MBA and moving into management roles where he rose to Director level.
He has a strong interest in Sustainable Development and has been working in this area for the past 10 years. He is currently a Governor at Cooper School in Bicester and has a keen interest in education with two daughters completing high school. Having lived the Bicester for four years he welcomes the opportunity to use his commercial knowledge and practical engineer's approach to better the community.

Retired language teacher who worked at Banbury, Sibford and Tudor Hall schools during her career. Janice has lived in Banbury and Barford for a total of 40 years. Barford Parish Council member for 30 years including time as Chairman. Active with Banbury Quakers, Janice condemns excessive testing in schools and supports a strong voice for villages at County Hall.
